All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malmö, Sweden.

Order Processing

We process and pack orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Sweden: 1–3 business days after the order has been shipped.
Scandinavia: 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Other EU countries: 3–8 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over 499 kr.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via PostNord and DHL.

Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information via email.

Customs and Import Duties

As we ship from Sweden within the EU, there are normally no customs or import duties for customers within the EU.
