  1. About Coldly.se
  • Coldly.se is operated by PWBC AB (559384-8756) and is based in Lund. The company's postal address is Åkerbruksgatan 8A.
  • If you wish to contact us, send an email to support@coldly.se with your matter and your contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.
  1. Ordering
  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all details regarding products, price, billing address, and delivery address.
  • If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us by email at support@coldly.se
  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 1-3 working days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
  • If delays in delivery should occur (without us having informed you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: support@coldly.se
  1. Prices
  • All prices in the shop are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to price changes caused by changes in supplier prices, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item you ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be sent to ussupport@coldly.se. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and the goods to which the return applies must be clearly stated.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the notice of withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared with the item's original value if the product is used or damaged.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products in the form of sealed audio or video recordings, where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made products that have been specially tailored for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without a right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

  1. Complaints and claims
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product nonetheless be damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the fault free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

    6.1 What should you do in the event of a complaint?
  • Any faults or defects must always be reported to support@coldly.se where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
  • If we are unable to remedy the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping for approved claims.

  1. Limitation of liability
  • We accept no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include labour disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics made by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products, as some colour differences may occur depending on screen, image quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

  • Under the law on electronic information, visitors to a website must, for privacy purposes, be informed that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to follow a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to store on your computer to provide access to various functions.   • By shopping at Coldly.se, you accept our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your personal integrity and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell your information to third parties without legal basis.
  • Coldly.se is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to handle your order and, in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers, to be able to tailor marketing to your individual needs.
  • The information below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) store and process your data.
  • 10.1 What is personal data?
    Personal data is any information that can directly or indirectly be attributed to a natural person.
  • 10.2 What data do we store?
    In order to handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
  • Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process it, for example to fulfil the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation such as the Accounting Act.
  • 10.3 Legal basis
    In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfil the agreement with you.
    Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings are sent with your consent.
  • 10.4 Which data is shared and for what purpose?
    10.4.1 Payment provider
  • When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, personal identity number is also stored by the payment provider. The information is stored in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
    The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna.
  • 10.4.2 Shipping company
    In order to deliver your orders and fulfil our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and delivery address details. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
    The shipping companies we cooperate with are: PostNord and DHL
  • 10.4.3 Newsletter
    If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is so we can keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

    You have the right to obtain an extract of all information we hold about you. Extracts are provided electronically in a readable format.
  • 10.6 The right to rectification
    You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.

    You can at any time request that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it must be retained because we are required to fulfil a legal obligation (for example under the Accounting Act).

  • Coldly.se is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are complied with.

    We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.
  1. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions
  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are deemed accepted in connection with an order or a visit to the website.
  1. Dispute and applicable law
  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer may turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents of another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the European Commission's platform for dispute mediation, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • In the event of any dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
  • Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
