Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to all EU countries. Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver outside the EU.
How long is the delivery time?
- 2–5 business days within Scandinavia
- 3–8 business days to other EU countries
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on purchases over a certain amount.
Are customs duties or other fees added?
No. Since we ship within the EU, no customs or import fees apply.
What products do you sell?
We offer high-quality cooling products such as hand coolers, wrist coolers, cooling pads, and accessories – designed for both comfort and performance.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have a 30-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first to initiate a return.
My product was damaged upon delivery – what do I do?
Contact us directly with your order number and a picture of the damage. We will arrange a replacement product or a refund.
Do you offer corporate sales or bulk discounts?
